This is a short little experiment produced at the SeeTV BeTV workshop at the Sanctuary for Independent Media Workshop.
It's about Gangsta Bill, who ecapes from an asylum, and Business Frank, who escapes from his office job. Both characters meet up with the Naked Cowboy in Times Square for a photo shootÂ
